Screenflow is an app that records just about everything, and there is also a lot of editing tools you can use. You can put music in your recording, and adjust it just the way you want it. If your talking in your video you can turn the music down to where you can hear the music and your voice.
In my screenflow tutorial I showed how to use screenflow and how you export your video. All the main tools that I explained were scaling, how to split clips, how to add a transition, add callouts, add annotations, and how to add a text box. Scaling is a tool where you can crop out what you want in your video, so if you didn’t want the bar showing you could crop it out. How you would split clips is you would control click, and then you would hit split clips. How you would add a transition is you would push your video bar into another one after you split them, and you push them together there should be an icon that you push, and there will be transitions like cube, and slide. Call outs are the tools where you can just have one thing showing, so if you want something important to show you can have the back faded out, and your important thing showing , so it can catch people’s attention. Annotations are the tools where you can have a arrow pointing at something important, or something outlined to catch someone’s attention. Also there is an annotation where you can block something out if you don’t want it, so if it’s not important, and you don’t want it showing you can just block it out. The text box tool is the tool where you can type if you want something to have a header to explain something. Also when you type in the text box you can change the size, and change the color of the text.
I could use screenflow for when I’m trying to get a job, and I need a presentation to explain what I can do, and how I could be a use in this job. If I want to sell my own product in the future I could use screenflow to explain what my product does, the advantages of it, the disadvantages, and what it’s use is. I would use screenflow for all these things in my future to make what I’m saying more clearer to understand, and so people can see what I’m saying instead of just listening.
